RETURN & EXCHANGE

We tend to offer 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not happy with the goods received, then for a period of 7 business days after receiving the goods, customers can:

  • return the goods with proof of purchase,

  • cancel the entire purchase, and 

  • receive a full refund.

 

 

Our return and exchange policy applies to all purchases make online and in store. All off-line purchases may only be returned or exchanged in store. Online purchases are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days

 

 

All returned or exchanged items should subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original sale condition, which includes unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused, with original labels attached.

  • Items must be in its original packaging where applicable.

  • Shipping costs will be refunded on faulty items and customer should provides proof of the shipping amount. For “Change of mind” refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

  • Goods are to be returned or exchanged with original Proof of Payment.
