Ordering

How do I place an order?


There are 2 ways to do this: - Order through the online site www.ezselect.co.za - Order through our Instagram page @ https://www.instagram.com/ezselect/ *Do note that all items are subject to availability.





Shipping

Do you ship internationally?


Sadly, no. We are based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. We do not ship internationally outside of South Africa at current stage.




How do I track my order after it has been shipped?


A notification email confirming the shipment will be send to you as soon as your order is shipped. Your order will be shipped by FastWay, simply use the Tracking Number and the link provided in the email to track your package,




Can my order be delivered to Durban/JHB/Pretoria/etc?

Western Cape - R50 or FREE on orders R599+

  • Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours upon purchase.
  • Delivery will take place in the following day.

Nationwide delivery - R150 ​

  • Delivered within 2-4 days to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth, George, Bloemfontein and Polokwane.





Return/Exchange

Can I change or update my online order?


We always try our best to process your order as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed its not usually possible to make any changes.

**Emails and contact forms don't get to us quickly enough to try to make a change, so please call before shipment has been taken place! We can see whether it’s possible to cancel the order.




What is your return policy?


All online purchases made through the EZSELECT site are valid for exchange or refund within 30days from the ship date. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged, will its original packaging or tag attached.

Payment

How do I make payment for my order?


Please make EFT payment/deposit to the bank details been provided at the checkout and send Proof of Payment to info@ezselect.co.za.

A notification email will be send to you once payment is made and you will be further informed with shipping status via email.




What kinds of payment methods do you accept?


At this stage we only accept the following forms of payment:

  1. EFT
  2. Cash deposit
  3. Off line payment when collect In-Store
